CEO/Founder

Ornica is deeply committed to youth employment and skills development, especially for disabled youth through her non-profit, Inani. A passionate traveler, she advocates for South African youth to gain global exposure. Ornica is an accomplished HR Development Leader and Executive Manager with over 24 years of experience in Hospitality and Education.

She holds advanced qualifications in Food Service Management and Post School Education, alongside an Executive Leadership certificate from Stellenbosch University. As the owner of a Skills Development Organization focused on Tourism, she directs multiple companies, including the African Global Skills Academy and the South African Casino Academy, and is an Administrator at Christ Resurrection Ministries.
