Core Functions
- - Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement
- - Maintain and replenish inventory
- - Anticipate needed supplies and Verify receipt of supply
- - Assist HR in Recruiting and selectection office staff
- - Organize office operations and procedures
- - Maintain office equipment
- - Handle directors travel and expenses
- - Reviews and comments on materials and documents related to the execution of high profile strategic projects and programs being presented to the director ensuring accuracy and quality
- - Communicates messages in writing as well as in person from the director’s office to both internal staff and external high level officials and business executives
- - Maintain accurate and up to date contact database and proper filing of project documents and communications
- - Oversee all daily office functions ensuring the organization and staff have a satisfying work environment
- - Provide event planning assistance to the marketing team as needed for different events
- - Provide assistant and support to the director, Strategic Operations on various projects and staff communication
- - Support other Senior Management staff on other projects as needed
- - Contacting potential clients to establish relationships and arrange meetings
- - Assist in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- - Developing quotes and proposal for clients
- - Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- - Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- - Planning and developing project schedules
- - Analyzing and managing project risk
- - Monitoring and Reporting Progress for different projects directly to the CEO
