It is the vision of AGSA to create centres of excellence that will take human resource development to a level where its relationship with industry will lead to the creation and guaranteeing of jobs for all its learners and any client receiving our other services.In order to achieve this vision, the strategy employed was to approach the establishment of a path which would take AGSA past a number of clearly defined critical success factors. These were:

• Establishing the business with a predetermined maximum capital exposure.
• Establishing the business as a true BEE company.
• Achieving full accreditation with the Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport SETA (CATHSSETA)
• Expanding of extension of scope to offer other programs that are deemed relevant and address the scares and critical skills required by the south African economy.
• Establishing a self sustainable business, based on delivering educational and related services to clients in the fields related to hospitality, tourism, conservation and sport. These services would include delivery of learnerships and skills development programmes, but would exclude delivery in a private college environment.
• Achieving accreditation and registration through the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations.
• Achieving accreditation with additional SETA’s and expanding AGSA’s business to these industry sectors.
• Provision of tailor made business related training to government departments, private sector and NGO,S.
• Development of e-learning initiatives to enhance learning.
• Provision of Catering and Canteen Services to government departments, private sector and NGO,S as a value add considering the experience of the company in the hospitality industry.
• Provision of Payroll Services that are related to payment of stipends.
